21- The World

Buffy and the First Slayer. When the sobfest that was Buffy's death was over, the words of Tara and Dracula began to ring in our ears. "You think you know who you are, who you are to become, but you haven't even started." (Well, that and the Cheese Man's now immortal words, "I wear the cheese. It doesn't wear me.") Buffy has come through this level of Slayerdom and is preparing to embark on the next level of the journey. Only the gods and Joss (who some may argue is a god) know what is to come next, but it will be a whole different ball game.

When you draw the World, you've ended one cycle of your destiny and are ready to step into the next. Like Buffy, your former naivete has been transformed by wisdom. You have reached a deep understanding and have taken a giant step toward toward becoming your true and authentic self. And I know I'm sounding like a broken record, but please, please stay off the devil's diving board unless you've actually read the Slayer's Manual.
